Conditions for Conference and Workshop registrations, payments and refunds

  1. No registration is confirmed until payment is received.
  2. Once payment is made if a cancellation is required:
    1. 15% non-refundable to cover admin etc. up to one month out.
    2. Between 1 month and 2 weeks out 50% refund of registration fee.
    3. From 1 week out no refund given as bookings are firmed up and charged on the number given, admin, name badges, etc all arranged and additional work is required.
  3. Delegates attending conference at the member rate must be fully paid members for the current membership year at the time of the event.
  4. The Early Bird rate and date are strictly adhered to, your registration and payment must be in by this date to qualify.
  5. Payments made online must include your name and/or relevant reference number.
