Conditions for Conference and Workshop registrations, payments and refunds
- No registration is confirmed until payment is received.
- Once payment is made if a cancellation is required:
- 15% non-refundable to cover admin etc. up to one month out.
- Between 1 month and 2 weeks out 50% refund of registration fee.
- From 1 week out no refund given as bookings are firmed up and charged on the number given, admin, name badges, etc all arranged and additional work is required.
- Delegates attending conference at the member rate must be fully paid members for the current membership year at the time of the event.
- The Early Bird rate and date are strictly adhered to, your registration and payment must be in by this date to qualify.
- Payments made online must include your name and/or relevant reference number.
