Dispute Mediation Service

The NZIDT provides a no cost mediation service available to the members of the public who feel they have a legitimate concern over the services provided to them, by members of the NZIDT.

The mediation service is not available if the practitioner is not a member of the NZIDT, but we can provide advice in regard to technical and clinical prosthetic services.

This is primarily an after hours service.
